Nor can we assure the seller of a vehicle that the check he/she gets from the buyer isn't going to bounce. Here are some simple tips to follow: • Ignore buyer inquires that suggest taking over your monthly car payments if the vehicle you are selling is financed. • Ignore ALL inquires that suggest shipping your vehicle to another country, especially African countries. Generally, this type of offer is a scam. • Do not enter into any unusual deals or transactions such as check cashing. DO NOT accept a larger check than the asking price of your vehicle and then pay the buyer the balance. • If you do accept a personal check, cashiers check, or money order, DO NOT release your vehicle or your vehicle’s registration or ownership documents to the buyer until the funds have been deposited and cleared by your bank. Responsibility for the information contained in listings lies with each seller and not with eZoneCars.com. eZoneCars.com cannot monitor all the listings posted to our website, we reserve the right to delete, move, or edit any listings or other postings that come to our attention that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons. 3. Refund Policy
By placing an Auto Classified Ad at eZoneCars.com, you agree to pay the fees specified for the listing, regardless whether or not the vehicle sells as a result of the listing. eZoneCars.com can not guarantee the sale of any vehicle advertised on eZoneCars.com, and does not offer any refund for a vehicle not being sold. There are many determining factors in selling any used vehicle, such as, the age of the vehicle, the mileage of the vehicle, the condition of the vehicle, and the demographical and market demand of the vehicle. These are all factors a seller needs to consider before advertising a vehicle for sale at eZoneCars.com. eZoneCars.com will offer a full refund in the event of a Classified Ad being cancelled for what ever reason, as long as the Classified Ad is cancelled with 24 hours of being posted. eZoneCars.com must receive an email notification from the seller confirming the seller’s intent on cancellation. eZoneCars.com will then refund the price of the Classified Ad.
